江西某钨矿选厂重选尾矿中低品位钼综合回收试验研究

Experimental Study on Comprehensive Recovery of Low-grade Molybdenum from the Gravity Tailings of a Tungsten Mine in Jiangxi

摘要: 针对福建某钨矿选厂重选尾矿中低品位钼资源的综合回收难题,开展了系统的实验室 及现场选矿试验研究。重选尾矿钼品位极低(约0.02%),且经过磨矿分级后钼矿物粒度细,选别回收 难度大。实验室机械搅拌式浮选机条件试验结果表明,采用黑药+煤油组合捕收剂,浮选指标较好。 现场生产试验改用浮选柱试验表明,采用浮选柱粗选—预精选抛尾—浓密机浓缩—浮选机多段精选 的联合工艺,可以充分利用浮选柱微泡捕收优势实现微细粒钼的高效粗选,通过预精选抛除大量矿 泥与水分,再经浓缩提高精选给矿浓度,有效突破了低浓度下精选品位难以提升的技术瓶颈。闭路 试验获得了钼精矿品位 31.46%、综合回收率 74.44% 的优异指标。经济分析表明,该工艺年产值约 1 888万元,年药剂成本258万元,年经济效益达1 629.91万元。该工艺成功实现了低品位微细粒钼资 源的高效经济回收,显著提升了矿山伴生钼的综合利用水平,对同类尾矿资源化具有重要参考价值。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of comprehensive recovery of low-grade molybdenum re⁃ sources in gravity tailings of a tungsten ore dressing plant in Fujian,a systematic laboratory and field bene⁃ ficiation test was carried out. The molybdenum grade of gravity separation tailings is very low (about 0.02%),and the molybdenum mineral particle size is fine after grinding and classification,so it is difficult to recover. The experimental results of laboratory mechanical stirring flotation machine conditions show that the flotation index is better by using the combined collector of black powder + kerosene. The field produc⁃ tion test was changed to flotation column test. The results showed that the combined process of flotation col⁃ umn roughing-preconcentration and discarding tailings-concentrator concentration-flotation machine multi-stage concentration could make full use of the advantages of flotation column microbubble collection to realize the high-efficiency roughing of micro-fine molybdenum. A large amount of slime and water were removed by preconcentration,and then the concentration of concentrate feed was increased by concentra⁃ tion,which effectively broke through the technical bottleneck that the concentrate grade was difficult to im⁃ prove at low concentration. The closed-circuit test obtained an excellent index of molybdenum concentrate grade of 31.46% and comprehensive recovery of 74.44%. Economic analysis shows that the annual output value of the process is about 18.88 million yuan,the annual pharmaceutical cost is 2.58 million yuan,and the annual economic benefit is 16.299 1 million yuan. The process has successfully realized the efficient and economic recovery of low-grade fine-grained molybdenum resources,significantly improved the comprehen⁃sive utilization level of associated molybdenum in mines,and has important reference value for the recycling of similar tailings.
