四川会理某铜铅锌多金属矿选矿工艺试验

摘要: 为切实强化矿产资源的高效综合利用,解决多金属矿石中共生有价矿物铜、铅、锌分 离难度大的关键技术难题,针对四川会理某铜铅锌多金属矿,进行了铜铅锌顺序优先浮选工艺研 究。通过系统的工艺矿物学研究及浮选条件试验,确立了抑锌铅浮铜、抑锌浮铅、最终浮锌的顺序 优先浮选技术路线。试验结果表明:在最佳试验条件下,闭路试验获得了铜品位 24.15%、铜回收率 45.46% 的铜精矿,铅品位 65.92%、铅回收率 57.02% 的铅精矿,锌品位 57.98%、锌回收率高达 78.01% 的锌精矿,为复杂多金属矿的清洁、高效综合利用提供了技术方向和实践依据,对提升矿山 经济效益与资源保障能力具有重要意义。

Abstract: In order to effectively strengthen the efficient comprehensive utilization of mineral resourc⁃ es and solve the technical problem of difficult separation of symbiotic valuable minerals copper,lead and zinc in polymetallic ore,the copper-lead-zinc sequential preferential flotation process is studied for a cop⁃ per-lead-zinc polymetallic ore in Huili,Sichuan.Through systematic process mineralogy research and flo⁃ tation condition test,the sequential preferential flotation technical route of zinc inhibition and lead flota⁃ tion copper,zinc inhibition and lead flotation,and final zinc flotation is established.The test results show that under the optimal test conditions,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 24.15% and copper re⁃ covery of 45.46%,the lead concentrate with lead grade of 65.92% and lead recovery of 57.02%,and the zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 57.98% and zinc recovery of 78.01% are obtained in the closed-circuit test. It provides technical direction and practical basis for the clean and efficient comprehensive utilization of complex polymetallic ore,and is of great significance to improve the economic benefits and resource guarantee ability of the mine.
