黑龙江紫金铜业吹炼炉废弃耐火材料浮选铜工艺试验

Process Test of Flotation Copper from Waste Refractory of Blowing Furnace in Heilongjiang Zijin Copper Industry

摘要: 黑龙江紫金铜业有限公司选矿厂为处理吹炼炉年修产生的废弃耐火材料,进行了以 浮选方式分选废弃耐火材料的实验室试验及现场试验研究,并根据现场试验结果进行了工艺优 化。试验结果表明:通过使用水力旋流器与常见浮选设备可在无其他重选设备的情况下有效分选 出废弃耐火材料中的铜,在实际生产中,取得了铜精矿品位 24.49%、铜回收率 89.56% 的优良指标, 并在初次投产后进行了工艺改进试验,改进后工艺取得了精矿铜品位 26.57%、铜回收率 91.62% 的 优良指标。

Abstract: In order to deal with the waste refractory materials produced by the annual repair of the blowing furnace in the concentrator of Heilongjiang Zijin Copper Co.,Ltd.,the laboratory test and field test of separating waste refractory materials by flotation are carried out,and the process optimization is car⁃ ried out according to the field test results.The experimental results show that the copper in waste refractory can be effectively separated by using hydrocyclone and common flotation equipment without other gravity separation equipment. In actual production,the excellent indexes of copper concentrate grade of 24.49% and copper recovery rate of 89.56% are obtained.After the initial production,the process improvement test is carried out. After the improvement process,an excellent index of concentrate copper grade of 26.57% and copper recovery of 91.62% is obtained.
