基于免疫遗传算法的淘洗机选矿工艺优化方法

Optimization Method for Beneficiation Process of Elutriation Machine Based on Immune Genetic Algorithm

摘要: 为了解决淘洗机选矿中多相流固耦合非线性动力学特性引发的工艺参数敏感域漂移、 精矿回收率下降及成本上升的问题,提出了基于免疫遗传算法的淘洗机选矿工艺优化方法。通过因 子分析法解析出电动阀门开度、给水流量、混合矿粉质量等关键参数,并构建协同作用模型,量化参 数动态权重,实现模型驱动优化;再基于免疫遗传算法构建优化模型,通过计算特征参数亲和力值迭 代选出最优组合,提升精矿品位;最后引入模糊逻辑对优化误差进行修正,从而实现淘洗机选矿工艺 的优化。试验验结果表明,该方法优化后的精矿回收率超 99.50%,年成本节省 75.05~129.68万元, 选矿稳定性高于98.50%,显著提升了精矿品位与过程稳定性,为选矿行业可持续发展提供了新思路 与方法。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of process parameter sensitive domain drift,concentrate re⁃ covery rate decrease and cost increase caused by the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of multiphase fluid�solid coupling in the beneficiation of elutriation machine,an optimization method of beneficiation process of elutriation machine based on immune genetic algorithm is proposed.The key parameters such as the opening of the electric valve,the water flow rate and the quality of the mixed ore powder are analyzed by the factor analysis method,and the synergistic model is constructed to quantify the dynamic weight of the parameters and realize the model-driven optimization.Then,based on the immune genetic algorithm,the optimization model is constructed,and the optimal combination is selected by calculating the affinity value of characteris⁃ tic parameters,so as to improve the concentrate grade. Finally,the fuzzy logic is introduced to correct the optimization error,so as to realize the optimization of the ore dressing process of the elutriation machine.The test results show that the concentrate recovery rate after optimization by this method exceeds 99.50%,the annual cost is saved by 0.750 5~1.296 8 million yuan,and the beneficiation stability is higher than 98.50%,which significantly improves the concentrate grade and process stability,and provides new ideas and methods for the sustainable development of the beneficiation industry.
