双金属复合衬板在龙桥矿业球磨机中的应用及性能优化

摘要: 龙桥矿业为了提升球磨机的运行效率及设备稳定性,针对传统高锰钢衬板在使用过程 中存在的寿命短、维护频繁、漏浆现象频发等问题,自2010年起在一段磨矿系统中引入了双金属复合 衬板,并持续开展了结构优化与安装工艺改进。生产实践表明:双金属复合衬板在耐磨性、抗冲击性 及使用寿命等方面均展现出了显著优势,平均使用寿命可达24个月,是高锰钢衬板的近5倍,年均更 换次数由2.4次降至0.5次,大幅减少了非计划停机时间,提升了设备运行的连续性与可靠性,提升了 选矿效率;同时,维护成本显著下降,年节约综合费用达24.9 万元,推动了绿色矿山建设,为矿山企业 降本增效提供了有效路径。

Abstract: In order to improve the operation efficiency and equipment stability of the ball mill of Longqiao Mining Industry,in view of the problems of short service life,frequent maintenance and frequent slurry leakage in the use of traditional high manganese steel liners,bimetallic composite liners have been in⁃ troduced into the one-stage grinding system since 2010,and structural optimization and installation process improvement have been continuously carried out.The production practice shows that the bimetallic compos⁃ ite liner has shown significant advantages in wear resistance,impact resistance and service life. The average service life can reach 24 months,which is nearly 5 times that of high manganese steel liner. The average an⁃ nual replacement times are reduced from 2.4 times to 0.5 times,which greatly reduces the unplanned shut⁃ down time,improves the continuity and reliability of equipment operation,and improves the beneficiation efficiency.At the same time,the maintenance cost is significantly reduced,and the annual comprehensive cost is 249 000 yuan,which promotes the construction of green mines and provides an effective path for min⁃ ing enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
