安徽某金矿尾砂胶凝材料配比试验及应用

The Ratio Test and Application of Tailings Cementitious Material in a Gold Mine in Anhui Province

摘要: 根据安徽某金矿的充填胶凝材料选择和充填料配比参数设计,开展了尾砂新型胶凝材 料胶结充填体和水泥胶结充填体的强度对比试验。结果表明:在灰砂比 1∶8、浓度 65%、28 d养护龄 期的条件下,新型胶凝材料胶结试块抗压强度是水泥胶结试块抗压强度的 3.3倍。通过数值模拟方 法,计算典型一步骤采场底部结构充填体的实际强度需求为3.5 MPa,厚度14 m,并在此基础上,推荐 充填浓度不低于65%,新型胶凝材料与尾砂比为1∶8的充填体进行工业充填试验。采场充填体现场 取样表明,新型胶凝材料充填体试样平均抗压强度为4.42 MPa,满足矿山对充填强度和充填质量的要 求,实现胶凝材料用量降低41.8%,从而节约充填成本。

Abstract: According to the selection of filling cementitious materials and the design of filling material ratio parameters of a gold mine in Anhui Province,the strength comparison test of the new cementitious ma⁃ terial cemented filling body and the cement cemented filling body is carried out. The results show that under the conditions of cement-sand ratio of 1∶8,concentration of 65% and 28 d curing age,the compressive strength of the new cementitious material cemented test block is 3.3 times that of the cement cemented test block. Through the numerical simulation method,the actual strength requirement of the filling body of the bottom structure of the typical one-step stope is calculated to be 3.5 MPa and the thickness is 14 m. On this basis,the recommended filling concentration is not less than 65%,and the ratio of new cementitious materi⁃ al to tailings is 1∶8 for industrial filling test. The field sampling of field filling shows that the average com⁃ pressive strength of the new cementitious material filling body sample is 4.42 MPa,which meets the require⁃ ments of the mine for filling strength and filling quality,and reduces the amount of cementitious material by 41.8%,thus saving the filling cost.
