招贤矿业1303工作面安全回采采放比优化

Optimization of Mining and Release Ratio of Safe Recovery of 1303 Working Face

摘要: 采放比是煤矿综放开采工作面的关键参数,对顶煤的破碎程度影响显著,直接关系 到工作面的高效回采。以招贤煤矿 3 煤层 1303 工作面为研究对象,对煤壁前方的支承压力进行分 析。结合现场实际与数值模拟方法,分析了不同采放比下顶煤的支承压力分布、破坏范围及煤壁 稳定状态。研究结果表明:当采放比小于 1∶3 时,煤层顶底板煤层内部垂直应力峰值分别为 22.5, 24,26 MPa,超前影响距离约 100 m;采放比超过 1∶3 后,顶板应力峰值增加 2.5 MPa,底板及煤层内 部应力峰值分别减少 1.52 和 2 MPa,超前影响距离增至 120 m。采放比超过 1∶3 的工况下,1303 工 作面可实现安全高效回采,但需控制采放比上限为1∶4.42,以平衡效率与安全风险。

Abstract: The mining and release ratio is a key parameter of the comprehensive mining face in coal mines,which has a significant impact on the degree of crushing of top coal and is directly related to the ef⁃ ficient mining back of the face. Taking 1303 working face of No.3 coal seam in Zhaoxian coal mine as the research object,the supporting pressure in front of the coal wall was analyzed. Combining the field practice and numerical simulation method,the distribution of support pressure,damage range and coal wall stabili⁃ ty state of the top coal under different mining and release ratios were analyzed. The results show that: when the mining and release ratio is less than 1∶3,the peak vertical stresses in the top and bottom plates are 22.5,24 and 26 MPa respectively,and the overrun distance is about 100 m. After the mining and release ratio is more than 1∶3,the peak stresses in the top plate are increased by 2.5 MPa,and the peak stresses in the bottom plate and the inner coal seam are decreased by 1.52 and 2 MPa respectively,and the overrun distance is increased to 120 m. The mining and release ratio is more than 1∶3,and the peak stresses in the top plate and the inner coal seam are decreased by 1.52 and 2 MPa respectively. Under the working condi⁃ tion of mining and release ratio more than 1∶3,the 1303 working face can realize safe and efficient min⁃ ing,but it is necessary to control the upper limit of mining and release ratio to 1∶4.42 to balance the effi⁃ ciency and safety risk.
