高压喷射灌浆与帷幕灌浆联合防渗技术在矿山酸水库防渗工程中的应用

摘要: 坝体防渗一直是水利工程设计和施工的关键,中国20世纪六七十年代建设的酸性水库 一般采用土坝或碎石土坝结构,受当时技术及施工条件所限,坝体及库区并未铺设防渗土工膜,坝体 基础处理和填筑质量也不符合要求,导致坝体和坝基极易出现酸性水渗漏情况,从而造成环保事件 及安全事故,坝体渗漏问题已经逐渐成为影响酸水库区周边经济、环境及民生的重要问题。研究以 某矿山酸性水库防渗治理工程为例,通过对酸水库进行工程及水文地质勘察,查清了酸水库坝体、坝 基及坝肩渗漏情况,掌握了酸水库的渗漏通道,对比分析了多种防渗治理方式,最终确定高压喷射与 帷幕灌浆联合防渗治理方案,坝体采用高压喷射灌浆,坝基采用帷幕灌浆,两者形成全断面防渗,并 提出了防渗治理方案及具体施工参数。通过对治理后酸水库坝体及坝基防渗效果检查可知,方案取 得了较好的防渗效果,此类技术在同类酸性水库防渗治理中有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract: The anti-seepage of dam bodies has always been a key aspect in the design and construc⁃ tion of water conservancy projects. In the 1960s and 1970s,acidic reservoirs built in China generally adopted earth dams or crushed stone earth dams. Due to the limitations of technology and construction conditions at that time,anti-seepage geotextile membranes were not laid in the dam bodies and reservoir areas,and the quality of foundation treatment and filling of the dam bodies also did not meet the requirements,resulting in the dam bodies and dam foundations being prone to acidic water seepage. This has led to environmental pro⁃ tection incidents and safety accidents.The problem of dam leakage has gradually become an important issue affecting the economy,environment and people's livelihood around the acid reservoir area. This study takes the anti-seepage treatment project of an acidic reservoir in a certain mine as an example. Through engineer⁃ ing and hydrogeological investigation of the acid reservoir,the leakage conditions of the dam body,dam foun⁃ dation and dam shoulder of the acid reservoir were clarified,the leakage channels of the acid reservoir were mastered,and various anti-seepage treatment methods were compared and analyzed. Finally,the combined anti-seepage treatment scheme of high-pressure jet grouting and curtain grouting was determined. The dam body adopts high-pressure jet grouting. The dam foundation adopts curtain grouting,and the two form a full-section anti-seepage. The specific construction parameters of the anti-seepage treatment scheme are also pro⁃ posed. Through the inspection of the anti-seepage effect of the acid reservoir dam body and dam foundation after treatment,it can be known that the plan has achieved a good anti-seepage effect. This kind of technolo⁃ gy has certain reference value in the anti-seepage treatment of similar acid reservoirs.
