双能XRT智能预选技术分选新疆某锂辉石研究

Research on the Intelligent Pre-selection Technology of Dual-energy XRT for Sorting Spodumene in Xinjiang

摘要: 为提高新疆某Li2O品位为1.52%的伟晶岩类锂辉石分选效率,采用新双能XRT智能预 选机进行了预选试验。结果表明:在给料粒度20~40 mm,给料速度60 kg/h,激发电压155 kV、激发电 流2 mA的条件下,经过智能预选试验,可获得Li2O品位1.96%及回收率95.70%的良好指标。研究表 明双能 XRT智能预选技术在伟晶岩类锂辉石应用中能够提高资源利用效率,减少废弃物排放,降低 对环境的影响。

Abstract: In order to improve the separation efficiency of pegmatite spodumene with Li2O grade of 1.52% in Xinjiang,a new dual-energy XRT intelligent pre-concentration machine was used for pre-concen⁃ tration test. The results show that under the conditions of feeding size 20~40 mm,feeding speed 60 kg/h,ex⁃ citation voltage 155 kV,excitation current 2 mA,after the intelligent picking experiment,the good indexes of Li2O grade of 1.96% and recovery rate of 95.70% can be obtained. This study shows that the dual-energy XRT intelligent picking technology can improve the efficiency of resource utilization,reduce the emission of wastes,and reduce the impact on the environment.
