Construction Process and Support Technology of System Roadway under Complex Conditions in Nanhe Coal Industry Company

摘要: 针对南河煤业公司15112运输顺槽系统巷施工条件复杂、施工难度大、效率低等技术难 题,通过技术研究,对系统巷施工工艺进行对比分析。采用近距离煤层穿层施工工艺,并对穿层段顶板 采取人工假顶支护技术,对反掘段三角煤柱采取锚索吊棚+柔模浇筑支护技术,通过现场实际应用效果 来看,施工工艺得到了优化,简化了掘进工序,减少了巷道贯通次数,系统巷掘进周期缩短了8 d。采取 联合支护后,控制了特殊区域围岩稳定性,取得了显著应用成效。

Abstract: In response to the technical challenges such as the complex construction conditions,high construction difficulty and low efficiency of the 15112 transportation channelway system roadway of Nanhe Coal Industry Company,a comparative analysis of the construction techniques of the system roadway through technical research was carried out. The close-range coal seam penetration construction technology was adopted,and the artificial false roof support technology was used for the roof of the penetration section. For the triangular coal pillars in the reverse excavation section,the anchor cable suspension shed + flexible formwork pouring support technology was used. Judging from the actual application effect on site,the con⁃ struction technology was optimized,the excavation process was simplified,the number of tunnel penetration times was reduced,and the system tunnel excavation cycle was shortened by 8 d. After the combined sup⁃ port was adopted,the stability of the surrounding rock in the special area was controlled,and remarkable application results were achieved.
