中关铁矿主溜井破坏原因分析及修复实践

摘要: 为了解决在生产过程中支护结构被大量破坏的问题,中关铁矿通过对支护选址及施 工试用全过程分析,找到破坏主要原因为支护形式不合理。通过对刚性支护和柔性支护特性研 究,结合主溜井各支护段破坏特征,对支护方案进行优化调整,使用方钢代替钢轨,钢筋混凝土和 钢纤维混凝土配合锚杆深入基岩的锰钢板方式,来增加刚性支护抗砸、耐磨特性;同时在卸载坑 底、强冲击点增加缓冲平台、缓冲硐室等柔性支护,解决冲击破坏。主溜井正常生产运行 3 a,支护 结构未遭到破坏,取得良好的实践效果。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of a large number of damage to the supporting structure in the production process,Zhongguan Iron Mine found that the main reason for the damage is unreasonable sup⁃ port form through the analysis of the whole process of supporting site selection and construction trial. Through the research on the characteristics of rigid support and flexible support,combined with the failure characteristics of each support section of the main chute,the support scheme is optimized and adjusted. The square steel is used instead of the rail,and the reinforced concrete and steel fiber concrete are combined with the manganese steel plate method of the anchor rod deep into the bedrock to increase the anti-crushing and wear-resisting characteristics of the rigid support. At the same time,the flexible support such as the buf⁃ fer platform and the buffer chamber is added at the bottom of the unloading pit and the strong impact point to solve the impact failure. The main chute has been in normal operation for 3 a,and the supporting structure has not been destroyed,which has achieved good practical results.
