铀矿地质钻探钻孔事故安全高效处理技术应用

随着地浸砂岩型铀矿钻孔深度不断增加,钻遇地层愈加复杂,埋钻、烧钻、卡钻等孔内
事故发生机率不断增高,常规方法处理事故时往往难以奏效。针对上述问题,提出一种安全高效的
钻孔事故处理技术。利用钻具与钻孔间环空间隙,使口径介于事故钻具与钻孔孔径之间的事故处理
钻具能够充分清理泥砂、岩屑、烧结体等事故层段,保证钻孔环空通畅;同时设计出一套适用于地浸
砂岩铀矿钻探的套铣工具。经现场实际应用,方法能够有效提高事故处理效率和成功率,降低事故
处理的安全风险,具备推广应用条件。

Application of Safe and Efficient Treatment Technology for Drilling Accidents in Uranium Geological Drilling

With the increasing depth of boreholes in in-situ leaching sandstone-type uranium depos⁃
its,the strata encountered by drilling are becoming more and more complex,and the probability of acci⁃
dents in boreholes such as drilling,burning and sticking is increasing. It is often difficult to deal with acci⁃
dents by conventional methods.In view of the above problems,a safe and efficient drilling accident treatment
technology is proposed. Based on the annular space between the drilling tool and the borehole,the accident
handling drilling tool with the diameter between the accident drilling tool and the borehole diameter can fully
clean up the mud and sand,cuttings,sintered body and other accident layers to ensure the smooth drilling
annulus.At the same time,a set of milling tools suitable for in-situ leaching sandstone uranium drilling was
designed.Through practical application,the method can effectively improve the efficiency and success rate
of accident handling,reduce the safety risk of accident handling,and has the conditions for popularization

Abstract:
