李楼铁矿充填灰砂比优化研究

充填采矿法胶固粉成本较高,为了降低充填用量,开展胶固粉灰砂比优化研究。以李楼
铁矿为背景,进行不同粒级尾砂、不同料浆浓度下胶固粉用量对后期试块抗压强度影响的室内及现场
工业试验。试验结果表明,在高灰砂配比充填中,料浆浓度对试块抗压强度值影响更大;在保证充填
体试块抗压强度不降的情况下,可以通过提高充填浓度和砂仓溢流浓度,将胶固粉灰砂比由1∶10替换
为1∶11,达到降低充填胶固粉用量的目的,节约成本约368万元/a,取得了显著的经济效益。

Study of Cement-sand Ratio Optimization in Lilou Iron Mine

The cementing cost of filling mining method is high. In order to reduce the filling amount,
the optimization research of cementing cementing cement-sand ratio is carried out. Based on the background
of Lilou Iron Mine,the effects of cementing powder dosage on compressive strength of late test block under
different particle size and slurry concentration were studied in laboratory and field. The test results show that
the slurry concentration has a greater influence on the compressive strength value of the test block in the fill⁃
ing with high lime sand ratio. Under the condition that the compressive strength of the test block of the filling
body is not decreased,the cement-cement cement-sand ratio can be replaced by the ratio of 1∶10 to 1∶11
by increasing the filling concentration and the overflow concentration of the sand bin,so as to reduce the
amount of cement-cement powder in the filling and save about 3.68 million yuan/a. Remarkable economic
benefits have been obtained.

Abstract:

The cementing cost of filling mining method is high. In order to reduce the filling amount,
