安徽某镜铁矿石磨前辊压—预选抛废工艺研究

安徽某低硫磷酸性镜铁矿石中主要有用成分为 Fe,主要脉石成分为 SiO2,以镜铁矿形
式存在的铁占总铁的96.11%,铁矿物呈稠密、中等稠密、稀疏—星散等不同密集程度的浸染条带状嵌
布,部分解离较容易。为解决细粒尾矿产生量过大对尾矿库库容的过快消耗,并降低选矿生产成本,
对原入磨前矿石进行了高压辊磨机闭路辊压—强磁选抛废可行性研究。结果表明,立环脉动高梯度
磁选机 2次粗选抛废,可抛出产率 22.33% 的废石,得到铁品位 42.99%、铁回收率 96.03% 的预选粗精
矿;预选尾矿中隔出的粗粒(+0.3 mm)可作为建筑用砂出售。在原磨矿前增设高压辊磨机闭路辊
压—立环脉动高梯度磁选机湿式粗粒预选抛废—废石捞砂流程,不仅可以显著减少入磨矿量,降低
入磨粒度,提高入磨品位,减少细粒尾矿产生量,还可以获得大量的建筑用砂,增加企业的经济效益。

Study on the Process of Rolling and Pre-Selection Discarding before Grinding
of a Specularite Ore in Anhui

The main useful component of a low-sulfur phosphate specularite ore in Anhui is Fe,and
the main gangue component is SiO2.The iron in the form of specularite accounts for 96.11% of the total iron.
The iron minerals are densely,moderately dense,sparse-scattered different intensive degrees disseminated
banded distribution,and partial dissociation is easier.In order to solve the problem of excessive consumption
of tailings storage capacity caused by excessive production of fine tailings and reduce the production cost of
mineral processing,the feasibility study of high pressure roller mill closed circuit rolling -high intensity mag⁃
netic separation discarding of the original ore before grinding was carried out. The results show that the waste
rock with yield of 22.33% can be discarded by the vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator
two roughing discarding,and the pre-selection rough concentrate with iron grade of 42.99% and iron recov⁃
ery of 96.03% can be obtained. The coarse particles (+0.3 mm) separated from the pre-selected tailings can
be sold as construction sand. Before the original grinding,the high pressure roller mill closed circuit rolling
-vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator wet coarse grained pre-selection and discarding⁃
waste rock selection sand process is added,which can not only significantly reduce the amount of grinding,
reduce the particle size of grinding,improve the grade of grinding,and reduce the production of fine⁃
grained tailings,but also obtain a large amount of construction sand and increase the economic benefits of en⁃

Abstract:

The main useful component of a low-sulfur phosphate specularite ore in Anhui is Fe,and
