带式输送机上大块矿石的机器视觉分拣系统研究及应用

为了提高带式输送机大块矿石检测及分拣的效率及准确性,降低职工劳动强度及安全
风险,设计了一种基于机器视觉的大块铁矿石分拣机器人系统,并投入应用。工业应用表明,该系统
可对粒度为200~800 mm的大块矿石进行高效、准确地分拣,所采用大块识别方法与分拣机械机构有
良好的稳定性与准确性,大块矿石的识别与分拣的综合准确率达到90%。

Research and Application of Belt Conveyor Large Ore Sorting System Based on Machine Vision

In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of large ore detection and sorting of belt con⁃
veyor,and reduce the labor intensity and safety risk of workers,a large iron ore sorting robot system based
on machine vision is designed and put into application.The industrial application shows that the system can
efficiently and accurately sort large ore with particle size of 200~800 mm. The large ore identification meth⁃
od and sorting mechanical mechanism have good stability and accuracy,and the comprehensive accuracy of
large ore identification and sorting reaches 90%.

摘要:

为了提高带式输送机大块矿石检测及分拣的效率及准确性,降低职工劳动强度及安全

Abstract:

In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of large ore detection and sorting of belt con⁃
