复杂富水地层无机固水材料注浆堵水应用研究

马钢矿业姑山矿业公司采用的常规单液水泥注浆封堵复杂富水地层导水通道,存在可
注性及浆液扩散效果差等问题,对此,姑山矿业公司进行了高效无机固水材料替代水泥注浆堵水试
验。结果表明:高效无机固水材料注入会形成钙矾石,其注浆材料成本为156.98~228.81元/m3 ,注浆
结石体材料费用仅为常规单液水泥浆的一半;相对于单液水泥浆,高效无机固水材料浆液具有可输
送性和可注性强、固结速度快、固结后体积收缩率小、生产成本低等优点;该高效无机固水材料具有
良好的推广应用前景。

Application Research on Grouting and Water Plugging of Inorganic Solid Water Material
in Complex Water-rich Strata

The conventional single-liquid cement grouting adopted by Gushan Mining Co.,Ltd.,An⁃
hui Masteel Mining Resources Group to block the water-conducting channel of complex water-rich strata
has problems such as poor injectability and slurry diffusion effect. In this regard,Gushan Mining Company
has carried out a high-efficiency inorganic solid water material instead of cement grouting water plugging
test. The results show that the injection of high efficiency inorganic solid water material will form ettringite.
The cost of grouting material is 156.98~228.81 yuan/m3 ,and the cost of grouting stone material is only half
of that of conventional single liquid cement slurry. Compared with the single liquid cement slurry,the high⁃
efficiency inorganic solid water material slurry has the advantages of strong transportability and injectabili⁃
ty,fast consolidation speed,small volume shrinkage after consolidation,and low production cost. The high⁃
efficiency inorganic solid water material has a good promotion and application prospect.

Abstract:
