顾桥煤矿随掘地震实时超前探测技术

在煤矿智能化掘进过程中,超前探查至关重要。目前,掘进工作面超前探测时,都是在
工作面停止掘进的基础上进行作业,无法做到边掘边探、随掘随探。基于在线式矿井地震监测分站
构建的随掘地震实时超前探测系统在巷道掘进的同时,采集掘进机震动引起的地震数据,通过光纤
网络实时传输至地面服务器的数据库,数据处理软件从数据库中获取当前随掘数据,经过筛选、提取
虚拟炮集和偏移成像等,对掘进前方和侧前方一定区域进行反射槽波成像,实现以综掘机切割震动
为震源,利用连续振动波的回波,对巷道前方地质异常体的超期探测。以顾桥煤矿智能化掘进工作
面1126(3)运顺巷为例,开展随掘地震实时超前探测技术研究。结果表明,随掘地震可超前探查100
m范围内落差大于 1/2煤层厚度的断层位置及走向,平面位置摆动误差小于 5 m,总体探测成果准确
率达80%以上,形成了巷道超前探测递进式地质透明化的一种保障技术。

Real-time Advanced Earthquake with Excavation Detection Technology in Guqiao Coal Mine

In the process of intelligent mining in coal mine,the advance exploration is very impor⁃
tant. At present,the advance detection of the mining face is carried out on the basis of the stop of the min⁃
ing face,and it cannot be carried out while digging and with digging. During tunneling,real-time advance
Earthquake with Excavation detection system based on online mine seismic monitoring sub-stations. Exca⁃
vation machine vibration collects and transmits to the database of ground server in real time through optical
fiber network. Data processing software obtains current data with excavation from the database. Through
screening,extraction of virtual gun set and migration imaging,the reflected trough wave imaging is carried
out in a certain area in front and side of excavation,and the cutting vibration of integrated excavator is
used as the focal point,and the echo of continuous vibration wave is used to realize the overdue detection
of geological anomalies in front of roadway. Taking transportation roadway of intelligent driving face 1126
(3)in Guqiao Coal Mine as an example,the research on real-time advance detection during excation
technology is carried out. The results show that the position and strike of the fault with a drop greater than
1/2 coal thickness within 100 m can be explored in advance with the excavation earthquake,and the swing
error of the plane position is less than 5 m. The overall accuracy of the detection results is more than 80%,
which forms a support technology for progressive geological transparency in advance detection in front of
the roadway.
