快掘扰动下巷道围岩变形控制技术研究

针对黄陵一号煤矿快掘扰动下巷道围岩变形及其控制问题,采用现场调研与监测、理
论计算等手段,在厘清632回风平巷受快掘扰动情况的基础上,分析了围岩水平应力与支承应力分布
演化特征。632回风平巷自然平衡拱高度为1.048 m。提出临时支护与永久支护相结合的支护措施,
在632回风平巷顶板采用锚杆+锚索梁+金属网联合支护,两帮采用锚杆+塑钢网联合支护。借助原位
监测技术验证了围岩控制方案的可行性,快掘扰动下巷道围岩变形得到控制。

Research on Deformation Control Technology of Roadway Surrounding Rock
under Fast Excavation Disturbance

Aiming at the deformation and control of roadway surrounding rock under the disturbance of
fast excavation in Huangling No. 1 Coal Mine,the distribution and evolution characteristics of horizontal
stress and abutment stress of surrounding rock were analyzed by means of field investigation,monitoring and
theoretical calculation on the basis of clarifying the disturbance of fast excavation in 632 return airway.The
height of natural balance arch of 632 return airway is 1.048 m.The support measures combining temporary
support and permanent support are proposed. The combined support of bolt+anchor cable beam+metal mesh
is adopted in the roof of 632 return airway,and the combined support of bolt+plastic steel mesh is adopted
in the two sides.With the help of in-situ monitoring technology,the feasibility of surrounding rock control
scheme is verified,and the deformation of roadway surrounding rock under fast excavation disturbance is
controlled.

Abstract:

Aiming at the deformation and control of roadway surrounding rock under the disturbance of
