选矿厂破碎流程自动化控制的设计

破碎工艺流程作为选矿生产的重要环节,其生产的稳定性尤为重要。破碎流程具有设
备数量多且大、分布散、物料转运距离远等特点,造成操作人员劳动强度大、设备工作状况异常判断
不及时、检测不到位等问题,因此,进行了选矿厂破碎流程的自动化控制设计,包括含细碎缓冲仓的
三段一闭路破碎流程的分段连锁启停、全局连锁启停、连锁保护,以及无细碎缓冲仓的三段一闭路破
碎流程的连锁控制设计,并提出了特殊生产情况下的解决方案。

Automation Control Design for Crushing Process in Mineral Processing Plants

As an important part of mineral processing production,the stability of crushing process is
particularly important. The crushing process has the characteristics of large number and big of equipment,
scattered distribution,and long material transfer distance,which causes problems such as high labor inten⁃
sity of operators,untimely judgment of abnormal working conditions of equipment,and inadequate detec⁃
tion. Therefore,the automatic control design of the crushing process of the concentrator is carried out. It in⁃
cludes the design of segmented chain start-stop,global chain start-stop and chain protection for the three⁃
stage one closed-circuit crushing process with fine crushing buffer warehouse,and the design of chain con⁃
trol for the three-stage one closed-circuit crushing process without fine crushing buffer warehouse,and put
forward the solution of special production situation.

Abstract:

As an important part of mineral processing production,the stability of crushing process is
