云南某选矿厂浮选机液位自动控制系统改造

为提高云南华联锌铟有限公司选矿厂浮选矿浆液位的稳定性和浮选产品质量，降低设

备故障率和设备维护费用，节省人工成本，进行了浮选机液位自动控制改造。改造与应用表明：相较

于传统的浮选机手动液位控制，通过增加液位测量装置、液位控制器、气动执行器，对浮选机建设液

位自动控制系统，可在DCS远程操作站设置浮选液位系统参数，监控浮选机生产状况，实现浮选机液

位的快速、稳定调节。

In order to improve the stability of flotation slurry liquid level and the quality of flotation

products，reduce the equipment failure rate and equipment maintenance cost，and save labor cost in the con⁃

centrator of Yunnan Hualian Zinc & Indium Stock Co.，Ltd.，the automatic control transformation of flota⁃

tion machine liquid level was carried out. The transformation and application show that compared with the

traditional manual liquid level control of flotation machine，the liquid level automatic control system of flota⁃

tion machine can be constructed by adding liquid level measuring device，liquid level controller and pneu⁃

matic actuator. The parameters of flotation liquid level system can be set up in DCS remote operation station

to monitor the production status of flotation machine and realize the rapid and stable adjustment of flotation

machine liquid level.
