内蒙古某低铜高硫铜矿石的新型抑制剂低碱度铜硫分离试验

内蒙古某低铜高硫铜矿石中的铜矿物主要为黄铜矿,其他金属矿物主要为磁黄铁矿和
黄铁矿,脉石矿物主要有石英、云母、绿泥石等;矿石中的黄铜矿与黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿嵌布关系密切,
现场所采用的以石灰为抑制剂的高碱度铜硫浮选分离工艺,存在矿浆槽和管道结垢严重、影响工业
生产的稳定性、环保压力大等问题。为解决生产中存在的这些问题,以新型硫铁矿抑制剂YA为核心
药剂进行了抑硫浮铜试验。结果表明,试样在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm65%的情况下,采用1 粗 2 扫3精、中矿顺序返回工艺流程进行了闭路试验,获得了 Cu品位 19.53%、Cu回收率为 90.43%的铜精矿,尾矿Cu品位低至0.038%,取得了理想的低碱度铜硫分离效果,可作为现场优化改造的依据。

Low Basicity Copper-sulfur Separation Test of a New Inhibitor for a Low Copper
and High Sulfur Copper Ore in Inner Mongolia

The copper minerals in a low-copper and high-sulfur copper ore of Inner Mongolia are
mainly chalcopyrite,other metal minerals are mainly pyrrhotite and pyrite,and gangue minerals are mainly
quartz,mica,chlorite and so on. The chalcopyrite in the ore is closely related to the dissemination of pyrite
and pyrrhotite. The high alkalinity copper-sulfur flotation separation process with lime as inhibitor used in
the field has the problems of serious scaling of pulp tank and pipeline,affecting the stability of industrial
production,and huge environmental protection pressure. In order to solve these problems in production,a
new type of pyrite inhibitor YA was used as the core agent to carry out the test of sulfur inhibition and copper
flotation. The results show that under the condition of grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 65%,the closed-cir⁃
cuit test is carried out by using the process of one roughing,two scavenging and three cleaning,middle ore
returning in sequence. The copper concentrate with Cu grade of 19.53% and Cu recovery of 90.43% is ob⁃
tained. The grade of Cu in tailings is as low as 0.038%,and the ideal low alkalinity copper-sulfur separation
effect is obtained,which can be used as the basis for on-site optimization and transformation.

Abstract:
