某巷道掘进数码电子雷管微差分段爆破方案研究

为确定安徽开发矿业公司巷道掘进数码电子雷管微差分段爆破方案,首先通过理论计
算,设计3种不同的分段爆破试验方案,然后通过开展现场试验,分析各方案的炮孔利用率、爆堆形态
和爆破振动。结果表明:雷管分段数量对炮孔利用率及爆堆形态影响不大,但是随着分段数量的增
加,围岩爆破后的大块率减少,爆破振动相对降低,对围岩的扰动较小,爆破效果更好。最终确定了
巷道掘进的数码电子雷管10段微差爆破方案。

Research on Millisecond Subsection Blasting Scheme of Digital Electronic Detonator in a Roadway Excavation

In order to determine the millisecond blasting scheme of digital electronic detonator in An⁃
hui mining roadway excavation,three different segmented blasting test schemes were designed through theo⁃
retical calculation. Through the field test,the hole utilization rate,blasting pile shape and blasting vibration
of each scheme are analyzed. The results show that the number of detonator segments has little effect on the
utilization rate of blast hole and the shape of blasting pile. With the increase of the number of segments,the
bulk rate of surrounding rock after blasting is reduced,the blasting vibration is relatively reduced,the dis⁃
turbance to the surrounding rock is small,and the blasting effect is better. The 10-segment millisecond
blasting scheme of digital electronic detonator for roadway excavation was determined.

摘要:

Abstract:

In order to determine the millisecond blasting scheme of digital electronic detonator in An⁃
