新疆某矿复合顶板工作面开切眼支护技术

有效控制切眼围岩变形是实现采面煤炭高效回采的基础,当切眼顶板为复合顶板时,
则容易出现离层量大、变形严重的情况,甚至出现冒顶事故。以新疆某矿I010206采煤工作面切眼掘
进为工程背景,针对切眼顶板为泥岩、灰岩等软硬岩交互组成的复合顶板,同时顶板存在裂隙发育、
承载能力差、局部有空洞等情况,采用二次成巷方式,完成大跨度切眼掘进,综合使用顶板注浆、锚网
索支护、喷浆、单体补强方式,实现切眼围岩变形控制,并给出具体支护方案。工程应用后,
I010206采煤工作面切眼围岩变形量较小,后续设备安装期间,切眼围岩始终保持稳定,实现了复合顶板切眼
围岩变形的有效控制。

Support Technology of Open-off Cut on Composite Roof Face in a Mine in Xinjiang Province

The effective control of the deformation of the surrounding rock is the basis of efficient
coal mining at the mining face. When the roof of the cutting hole is composite roof,it is easy to have large
amount of separation,serious deformation and even roof fall accidents. Based on the engineering back⁃
ground of borehole open off cut excavation on the coal face I010206 of a mine in Xinjiang,a secondary
roadway formation method is proposed to complete the large-span borehole cutting excavation in view of
the fact that the open off cut roof is a composite roof composed of mudstone,limestone and other soft and
hard rocks,and there are cracks in the roof,poor bearing capacity and local cavities. The deformation con⁃
trol of open off cut surrounding rock is realized by comprehensive use of roof grouting,anchor-net-cable
support,shotcrete and monomer reinforcement,and the support scheme is given in detail. After engineer⁃
ing application,the cut rock deformation of I010206 coal face is small,and the cut wall rock remains sta⁃
ble during subsequent equipment installation,which realizes effective control of the cut wall rock deforma⁃
tion of composite roof.
