综采工作面过断层施工工艺及支护技术

摘要: 新景煤矿15032 工作面过F7断层期间,存在采煤机破岩量大和故障率高、采空区遗煤 量大以及过断层期间围岩破碎等技术难题。对过断层回采方案进行分析,提出了深孔预裂爆破回采 工艺,并对工作面过断层期间顶板采取“注浆加固+JW型锚索棚”联合支护。应用效果表明:采用深 孔预裂爆破法过断层时实现了断层岩体提前预裂效果,降低了采煤机破岩难度,采煤机故障率由原 来的17%降低为4%;对断层区采取联合支护技术后,控制了围岩变形、破碎现象,顶板端面距减小至 0.4 m,煤壁片帮深度减小至0.7 m,保证了工作面安全回采。

Abstract: During the crossing of F7 fault in 15032 working face of Xinjing Coal Mine,there are technical problems such as large amount of rock breaking and high failure rate of shearer,large amount of residual coal in goaf and broken surrounding rock during crossing fault. The mining scheme of crossing fault is analyzed,and the mining technology of deep hole pre-splitting blasting is put forward,and the combined support of ′grouting reinforcement + JW anchor cable shed′ is adopted for the roof during the working face crossing fault. The application results show that the deep hole pre-splitting blasting method can realize the presplitting effect of fault rock mass in advance,reduce the difficulty of rock breaking of shearer,and reduce the failure rate of shearer from 17% to 4%. After the combined support technology is adopted in the fault zone,the deformation and fragmentation of the surrounding rock are controlled. The end face distance of the roof is reduced to 0.4 m,and the depth of the coal wall is reduced to 0.7 m,which ensures the safe mining of the working face.
