新型空心钢管支护与空心螺纹管支护的作用效果分析

摘要: 通过试验对比新型空心钢管支护与空心螺纹钢管支护对碎裂区的支护效果,为新型材 料的应用提供参考。试验结果表明,新型空心钢管支护的应力相对于空心螺纹钢管减小了22.2%~ 28.6%,支护体周边的松动圈范围缩小了23.5%~36.4%;在支护期间,新型空心钢管的支护应力随着 碎裂区的增大而增加,其内部填充材料具有一定的缓冲作用,能够抑制碎裂区的快速发育,从而减小 松动圈的范围。新型空心钢管支护技术在控制围岩变形上优势更明显。

Abstract: The supporting effect of the new hollow steel pipe support and the hollow thread steel pipe support on the fracture zone is compared through experiments,which provides a reference for the application of new materials. The test results show that the stress of the new hollow steel pipe support is reduced by 22.2%~28.6% compared with the hollow screw steel pipe,and the range of the loose circle around the support body is reduced by 23.5%~36.4%. During the support period,the support stress of the new hollow steel pipe increases with the increase of the fragmentation zone. The internal filling material has a certain buffer⁃ ing effect,which can inhibit the rapid development of the fragmentation zone and reduce the range of the loose circle. The new hollow steel pipe support technology has more obvious advantages in controlling the deformation of surrounding rock.
