常用分级机及其优化改进研究现状

摘要: 为使业界系统了解分级设备的基本信息,在重点概述了螺旋分级机、水力旋流器和 斜板分级机的工作原理及优缺点基础上,指出传统螺旋分级机具有结构和操作简单、运行可靠、处 理量和分级效率稳定、传动功率较小、生产成本较低、返砂含水量小、无需辅助设备、配置容易等优 点,尤其适合一段闭路磨矿流程,但存在体积大、价格高、占地面积大、分级效率不高等不足;水力 旋流器具有结构简单、可靠性高、分离粒度细、处理量大、无运转或驱动部件、分级效率高、作业指 标可调节等优点,尤其适合二、三段闭路磨矿流程,但存在影响分级指标的因素较多、对给矿量稳 定的要求较高、给矿量不稳定时分级效率低、能耗和生产成本较高等不足;斜板分级机的主要优点 是结构简单、占地面积小、可靠性高、处理量大、无运转或驱动部件、分级效率高、生产成本低、能耗 低、无需辅助设备、给矿量稳定,缺点是设备高度高,与磨机配合形成闭路磨矿的难度相对较大。 最后总结了复合式圆筛螺旋分级机、多段圆锥螺旋分级机、斜窄流螺旋分级机、变径水力旋流器、 新型异构水力旋流器、新型GTZ 旋流器、CZ 系列高效旋流器等改进型分级设备的情况,指出这些 改进设备普遍具有分级效率更高、沉砂夹细和溢流夹粗少、耐磨等优点。

Abstract: In order to enable the industry to systematically understand the basic information of the classification equipments,the working principle and advantages and disadvantages of the spiral classifier, hydrocyclone and inclined plate classifier are mainly summarized. It is pointed out that the traditional spiral classifier has the advantages of simple structure and operation,reliable operation,stable processing capacity and classification efficiency,small transmission power,low production cost,less water content of sand return,no auxiliary equipment,easy configuration,etc.,especially suitable for one-stage closed-circuit grinding process,but there still exist the disadvantages of large volume,high price,large footprint and low classification efficiency. The hydrocyclone has the advantages of simple structure,high reliability,fine sep⁃ aration particle size,large processing capacity,no running or driving parts,high classification efficiency, adjustable operation indicators,etc.,especially suitable for the second and third stage closed-circuit grinding process,but there are many factors affecting the classification index,high requirements for stable feed volume,low grading efficiency when the feed volume is unstable,high energy consumption and production cost and so on. The main advantages of inclined plate classifier are simple structure,small footprint,high reliability,large processing capacity,no running or driving parts,high classification efficiency,low production cost,low energy consumption,no auxiliary equipment,stable feeding. The disadvantage is that the equipment height is high,and the difficulty of forming closed circuit grinding with the mill is relatively large. Finally,the situation of improved classification equipment including composite circular sieve spiral classifier,multi-stage conical spiral classifier,oblique narrow flow spiral classifier,variable diameter hydrocyclone,new heterogeneous hydrocyclone,new GTZ cyclone,CZ series high-efficiency cyclone and other improved classifiers is summarized. It is pointed out that these improved equipment generally have the advantages of higher classification efficiency,less fine underflow and coarse overflow,and wear resis⁃ tance.
