中非复杂难处理硫氧混合铜钴矿新型选矿工艺配置探讨

摘要: 为了高效利用中非铜钴成矿带上的巨量复杂难处理硫氧混合铜钴矿石,针对其氧化率 波动剧烈导致的混合浮选回收率下降的难题,创新了浮选硫化矿和氧化矿的传统选矿工艺配置。通 过采用浮选机替代原搅拌槽+矿浆管路优化调整等措施,实现了基于矿石氧化率变化而相应调整总 浮选容积,从而实现调整浮选硫化矿与氧化矿所必需的浮选时间,以确保获得了稳定的铜、钴高回收 率。

Abstract: In order to efficiently utilize the huge amount of complex and difficult-to-treat mixed copper-cobalt sulfide-oxygen ore in Central Afica copper-cobalt metallogenic belt,aiming at the problem of the decrease of mixed flotation recovery rate caused by the violent fluctuation of oxidation rate,the traditional beneficiation process configuration of flotation sulfide ore and oxide ore was innovated. By using flotation machine to replace the original stirring tank + slurry pipeline optimization adjustment and other measures, the total flotation volume is adjusted accordingly based on the change of ore oxidation rate,so as to adjust the flotation time necessary for flotation sulfide ore and oxidized ore,so as to ensure the stable high recovery rate of copper and cobalt.
