张庄矿选矿厂打散筛分系统节能降耗优化研究

摘要: 为了更好地践行中国宝武集团绿色低碳发展理念,安徽马钢张庄矿业选矿厂开展了打 散筛分系统节能降耗优化改造研究。针对如何降低生产工序能耗,开展了当前条件下使用溜槽给料 取代圆筒打散机的试验研究。研究结果表明:使用溜槽取代原有湿式圆筒打散机后,筛分效率整体 仍呈现平稳状态,改变直线振动筛给料方式后,对后续筛分工序并未产生影响,践行了减人增效及绿 色发展理念,减排降碳成果及经济效益显著。

Abstract: In order to better practice the concept of green and low-carbon development of China Baowu Group,Anhui Masteel Zhangzhuang Mine Concentrator has carried out research on energy saving and consumption reduction optimization of the scattered screening system. Aiming at how to reduce the energy consumption of the production process,an experimental study on the use of chute feeding instead of cylinder disperser under current conditions was carried out. The research results show that after using the chute to replace the original wet cylinder disperser,the screening efficiency is still in a stable state as a whole. After changing the feeding mode of the linear vibrating screen,it has no effect on the subsequent screening process. The concept of efficiency and green development has been implemented,and the results carbon emission reduction and economic benefits are remarkable.
