不同介质不耦合装药爆破试验研究

摘要: 为了研究不耦合装药介质对爆破效果的影响,采用新型数字激光动态焦散线试验系 统,对比水、空气、黄泥3 种介质偏心不耦合装药的动态裂纹扩展特征。结果表明:偏心不耦合装 药的爆炸冲击波表现出非对称性,冲击波先作用于炮孔偏心侧,后作用于炮孔非偏心侧;水为不耦 合装药介质时,主裂纹起裂时间最早,主裂纹尖端应力强度因子峰值最大;在爆生主裂纹扩展峰值 速度方面,介质效果水>空气>黄泥。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of uncoupling charge medium on blasting effect,a new digital laser dynamic caustics test system was used to compare the dynamic crack propagation characteristics of eccentric decoupling charge in water,air and yellow mud. The results show that the explosion shock wave of the eccentric uncoupled charge shows asymmetry,and the shock wave first acts on the eccentric side of the hole and then acts on the non-eccentric side of the hole. When the water is the uncoupled charge medium,the main crack initiation time is the earliest and the peak stress intensity factor at the main crack tip is the largest. In terms of the peak velocity of the main crack propagation,the medium effect is water > air > yellow mud.
