EGF 增渗液在高瓦斯特厚煤层预抽中的应用研究

摘要: EGF 增渗液用于煤矿瓦斯预抽钻孔的增透、增渗,从而提高抽采效果。通过在永陇 矿区22311 工作面进行试验和分析,在使用EGF 增渗液后,定向钻孔单孔抽采浓度最大可提升10 倍左右,平均提升3 倍左右,瓦斯抽采流量平均提高近2 倍。该增渗液达到了提高工作面抽采率、 缩短预抽时间的目的,具有高效、绿色的特点。

Abstract: EGF seepage increasing fluid is used to increase the permeability of coal mine gas predrainage boreholes,thereby improving the extraction effect. Through the test and analysis of 22311 working face in Yonglong mining area,after using EGF seepage increasing fluid,the single hole extraction concentration of directional drilling can be increased by about 10 times,the average increase is about 3 times, and the gas extraction flow is increased by nearly 2 times. The seepage increasing fluid achieves the purpose of improving the extraction rate of the working face and shortening the pre-extraction time,and has the characteristics of high efficiency and green.
