摘要: 为改变传统尾矿库管理与控制中出现的巡矿劳动强度大、不能提前预测潜在危险、 出现问题不能及时预警处理等缺点,提出基于远程网络DCS 的尾矿库安全预警系统。首先设计出 包含感知层、汇聚层、服务层、应用层的尾矿库远程网络DCS 宏观控制架构,进而对每一层的硬件 与软件功能设计进行了具体的介绍,重点论述了DCS 汇聚层PLC 程序设计与远程网络应用层软 件设计。最后对尾矿库预警诊断专家系统结构进行了详细讲解。实践表明,本系统在很大程度上 降低了工人巡查尾矿库劳动强度与维护成本,提高了尾矿库安全监测和管理水平,具有较好的示 范推广应用价值。

Abstract: In order to change the shortcomings of traditional tailings reservoir management and con⁃ trol,such as high labor intensity,inability to predict potential dangers in advance,and timely early warning and handling of problems,a tailings reservoir safety early warning system based on remote network DCS is proposed. Firstly,the macro control architecture of remote network DCS of tailings reservoir is de signed,which includes perception layer,aggregation layer,service layer and application layer. Then,the hardware and software function design of each layer is introduced in detail,and the PLC program design of DCS aggregation layer and the software design of remote network application layer are mainly discussed. Finally,the structure of early warning and diagnosis expert system for tailings reservoir is explained in detail. The practice shows that the system greatly reduces the labor intensity and maintenance cost of workers pa trolling metal tailings pond,improves the safety monitoring and management level of tailings reservoir,and has good demonstration and application value.
