摘要: 由于矿体破碎以及受爆破振动的影响,陕西夏家店金矿矿体在进路掘进中,极易出 现大面积片帮和顶板垮塌。为避免此问题,改为使用挖掘式装载机代替钻爆法进行掘进。经实践 证明,挖掘式装载机作业可以有效降低进路巷道垮塌风险,在进路支护、回采效率、进路充填以及 安全环保等方面都有优越性,较好地解决了陕西夏家店金矿复杂破碎矿体回采过程中的难题。

Abstract: Due to the fragmentation of the ore body and the influence of blasting vibration,the ore body of Xiajiadian Gold Mine in Shaanxi is prone to large-scale spalling and roof collapse during the excavation of the roadway. In order to avoid this problem,backhoe loader is used instead of drilling and blasting method. Practice has proved that the backhoe loader operation can effectively reduce the risk of roadway collapse,and has advantages in the aspects of route support,mining efficiency,route filling,safety and environmental protection,which solves the problems in the mining process of complex broken ore body in Xiajiadian Gold Mine.
