桦树沟矿区崩落法开采放顶方案选择

摘要: 经分析,自然崩落放顶方法在桦树沟矿区I 矿体西延10—12 线矿石回采中不可行, 需要采用人工强制放顶的方式。考虑生产成本、安全性、工作管理以及综合效益等因素,对先放顶 再回采方式、集中放顶方式和边回采边放顶方式进行技术经济对比,从而探索最佳放顶方案。结 果表明,先放顶后回采安全性高,回采和放顶管理简单,并可提前放出部分矿石,推荐采用此方案。 此方案应用后,将产生1 245.52 万元的经济效益。

Abstract: After analysis,the natural top-caving method is not feasible in the ore recovery of the west extension 10-12 line of I ore body in Huashugou mining area,and it is necessary to adopt the method of manual forced caving. Considering the factors such as production cost,safety,work management and comprehensive benefit,the technical and economic comparison of top-caving first and then mining method,centralized top-caving method and top-caving while mining method to explore the best top-caving scheme. The results show that the scheme of caving first and then stoping has high safety,simple stoping and caving management,and can release some ore in advance. This scheme is recommended. After the application of this scheme,12.455 2 million yuan of economic benefits will be generated.
