凹山采场不良地质体回采技术研究

摘要: 为了更大程度地利用采场空间内的资源,提高矿山经济效益,对凹山采场开采末期 固定边帮存在的不良地质体进行回采技术研究。通过对凹山采场空间状况和资源分布特征研究, 基于减震爆破技术、边坡多元耦合在线监测系统、资源综合利用技术和边坡生态再造技术,确定了 挂帮矿开采部位及相应的开采方案;从矿山经济效益和生产作业两方面对技术方案的实施效果进 行了论证,对不良地质体回采技术的创新性进行了总结。研究结果表明,提出的技术方案既可有 效治理采场露天边坡,也为采场后续空间综合利用提供了保障,有效解决了不良地质体对开采安 全影响的问题,实现了凹山采场开采末期的生产安全。

Abstract: In order to make greater use of the resources in the stope space and improve the economic benefits of the mine,a study on the mining technology of unfavorable geological bodies are carried out for the fixed side slope of the Washan stope at the end of mining. Firstly,the mining technology of damaging geological body is systematically introduced,and the spatial status and resource distribution characteristics of concave stope are introduced. Then,based on the shock absorption blasting technology,the slope multicoupling online monitoring system,the resource comprehensive utilization technology,and the slope eco⁃ logical reconstruction technology,the mining position of the hanging wall mine is determined,and the corresponding mining plan is adopted.Finally,the implementation effect of the technical scheme is demonstrated from both the economic benefits of the mine and the production operation,and the innovation of the mining technology for unfavorable geological bodies is summarized. The research results show that the technical scheme proposed in this paper can not only effectively control the open-pit slope of the stope,but also provide a guarantee for the subsequent comprehensive utilization of the stope space,effectively solve the prob⁃ lem of adverse geological bodies affecting the mining safety,and achieve the production safety at the end of the mining period of washan stope.
