综采工作面动压区回撤通道施工方案及支护技术

摘要: 基于马脊梁矿8127 工作面结采期间围岩应力大,围岩破碎严重以及顶板支护失效率 高等技术难题,通过对比分析决定对工作面回撤通道采用自成巷施工工艺,对回撤通道顶板采取 爆破预裂卸压技术,以及“恒阻锚索+柔性纤维网+锚索钢带”等联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果 来看,回撤通道采取自成巷法施工工艺减少了工作面巷道掘进工程量,降低了大应力区回撤通道 围岩动压扰动影响。通过现场观察发现,联合支护技术后将回撤通道顶板下沉量控制在0.15 m以 下,切顶线采空区侧顶板实现了全部垮落,取得了显著应用成效。

Abstract: Based on the technical problems of large surrounding rock stress,serious surrounding rock fragmentation and high failure rate of roof support during the combined mining of 8127 working face in Majiliang mine,through comparative analysis,it is decided to adopt the self forming roadway construction technology for the withdrawal channel of the working face,and adopt the combined support technology of “blasting pre splitting and pressure relief + flexible fiber mesh + anchor cable steel belt”for the withdrawal channel. From the practical application effect,the self forming roadway construction technology adopted in the withdrawal channel reduces the quantities of roadway excavation in the working face,reduces the impact of dynamic pressure disturbance on the surrounding rock of the withdrawal channel in the high stress area.Through field observation,it is found that combined support technology controlled the roof subsidence of the withdrawal channel is below 0.15 m,and the side roof of the gob of the roof cutting line has achieved all collapse,and remarkable application results have been achieved.
