细砂回收工艺在搅拌站废水处理系统中的应用

摘要: 为了优化混凝土搅拌站“三废”治理工艺,提升厂区环境,针对搅拌站生产运行过程 中产生的废水、废渣问题,进行了废水固液分离工艺研究。通过在传统废水处理工艺的基础上进 行优化提升,将细砂回收工艺应用于搅拌站废水处理系统,利用离心分离原理对+75 μm细砂进行 高效回收,形成骨料、砂和泥3 种产品,可使搅拌站废水、废渣得到有效分离回收,污水进行生产回 用,+75 μm细砂回收率由原来的68.86%提升至99.00%以上,成功实现废水零排放,资源回收利用 率100%。

Abstract: In order to optimize the treatment process of "three wastes" in concrete mixing station and improve the environment of the plant, the solid-liquid separation process of wastewater was studied for the problems of wastewater and waste residue produced in the production and operation of mixing station. By optimizing and improving the traditional wastewater treatment process, the fine sand recovery process is applied to the wastewater treatment system of the mixing station. The +75 μm fine sand is efficiently recovered by centrifugal separation principle to form three products of aggregate, sand and mud, which can effectively separate and recover the wastewater and waste residue of the mixing station. The wastewater is reused for production. The recovery rate of +75 μm fine sand is increased from 68.86% to more than 99.00%, and the zero discharge of wastewater is successfully realized. The resource recovery rate is 100%.
