盘式自卸磁选回收机在中关铁矿的应用

摘要: 为了提高选矿厂铁尾矿的回收率及降低铁金属流失率,中关铁矿在原工艺流程的基 础上,在尾矿溜槽处增加了ZX15-8型盘式自卸磁选回收机,并对尾矿回收工艺流程进行了优化研 究。优化结果表明:通过改变盘式自卸磁选回收机后挡板高度(最佳为300 mm)、矿浆流速(给料 减速箱与进料溜槽的最佳角度为90°)以及矿浆槽内部件(导流板与搅动块混用)等因素,可提高尾 矿铁回收率;该设备的成功应用不仅可保障铁精粉产率,而且提供了一种提高尾矿回收率的可行 办法,经济效益显著。

Abstract: In order to improve the recovery rate of iron tailings in the concentrator and reduce the loss rate of iron metal,on the basis of the original process flow,ZX15-8 disc self-unloading magnetic separation and recovery machine was added to the tailings chute in Zhongguan Iron Mine,and the tailings recov⁃ ery process flow was optimized. The optimization results show that the iron recovery rate of tailings can be improved by changing the height of the rear baffle of the disc dump magnetic separator (the best is 300 mm),the slurry flow rate (the best angle between the feeding reducer and the feeding chute is 90°) and the components in the slurry tank (the guide plate and the stirring block are mixed). The successful application of the equipment can not only ensure the yield of iron concentrate,but also provide a feasible way to im⁃ prove the recovery rate of tailings,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
