摘要: 为降低铁矿选厂运营成本及提高铁矿资源利用率,基于细磨作业的粉碎特征与新型 陶瓷研磨介质的研磨特性,通过试验得到了新型陶瓷研磨介质的重要使用方向,提高介质充填率 等可将其应用于国内铁矿选厂细磨作业中。工业应用表明:新型陶瓷研磨介质相比钢球,在节能 降耗方面具备明显优势,降本效果显著,在改善细磨产品粒级分布方面也产生了积极意义。

Abstract: In order to reduce the operation cost of iron ore concentrator and improve the utilization rate of iron ore resources,based on the grinding characteristics of fine grinding operation and the grinding characteristics of new ceramic grinding medium,the important use direction of new ceramic grinding medium is obtained through experiments. Improving the filling rate of medium can be applied to the fine grinding operation of domestic iron ore concentrator. Industrial application shows that the new ceramic grinding medium has obvious advantages in energy saving and consumption reduction compared with steel balls, and the cost reduction effect is remarkable. It also has positive significance in improving the particle size distribution of fine grinding products.
