新疆某锌冶炼绿色冶金系统的工艺技术选择及应用

摘要: 锌冶炼过程中会产生废水、废气和废渣,其中废水多含有砷、汞、锌等重金属,废气含 有二氧化硫、氮氧化物等有毒气体,废渣中含有锌、砷、镉等重金属。将上述“三废”直接排放,不符 合环保要求,同时污染环境。为了解决新疆某锌冶炼企业过程中的“三废”处理问题,实现绿色冶 金过程,通过对目前已有除废工艺的对比分析,采用生物制剂法处理废酸废水,氧化锌脱硫法处理 废气,回转窑渣处理法处理废渣,并对重金属镉渣进行绿色冶炼,最终可实现废水零排放,废气 SO2 排放指标在100 mg/Nm3 以内,废渣实现无害化,并使镉冶炼尾气含镉在0.85 mg/Nm3 以内,实 现环保与经济的双重效益。

Abstract: In the process of zinc smelting,waste water,waste gas and waste residue are produced. The waste water mostly contains heavy metals such as arsenic,mercury and zinc.The waste gas contains toxic gases such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide,and the waste residue contains heavy metals such as zinc,arsenic and cadmium.The direct discharge of the above "three wastes" dose not meet the requirements of environmental protection and pollutes the environment at the same time. In order to solve the prob⁃ lem of "three wastes" treatment in a zinc smelting enterprise in Xinjiang and realize the green metallurgy process,based on the comparative analysis of the existing waste removal process,the biological agent meth⁃ od is used to treat waste acid wastewater,and zinc oxide desulfurization method is used to treat waste gas, rotary kiln slag treatment method is used to treat waste residue,and carry out green smelting of heavy metal cadmium slag. Finally,zero waste water discharge can be realized,the exhaust gas SO2 emission index is less than 100 mg/Nm3,and the waste slag can realize harmless.The cadmium content in the exhaust gas of cadmium smelting is less than 0.85 mg/Nm3,which achieve the double benefits of environmental protection and economy.
