某硫化铜镍矿石浮选指标优化试验研究

Experimental Study on Flotation Index Optimization of a Copper-nickel Sulfide Ore

摘要: 某硫化铜镍矿石存在浮选回收率低,精矿中镁含量高的问题,为了优化其浮选指标, 进行了优化试验研究。试验结果表明:添加调整剂BC 可提高铜镍矿物的上浮速度,同时降低泡沫 中脉石夹杂;闭路试验添加调整剂BC 后,铜镍金属回收率从78.72%、80.88%分别提高至81.68%、 85.37%,精矿中氧化镁品位从9.41%降低至8.34%。

Abstract: A copper-nickel sulfide ore has the problems of low flotation recovery and high magnesium content in concentrate. In order to optimize its flotation index,an optimization test was carried out. The results show that the addition of regulator BC can increase the floating speed of copper-nickel minerals and reduce the gangue inclusions in the foam. After adding the regulator BC in the closed-circuit test,the copper and nickel metal recovery rate increased from 78.72% and 80.88% to 81.68% and 85.37%,respectively,and the magnesium oxide grade in the concentrate decreased from 9.41% to 8.34%.
