本溪某选矿厂选别工艺优化

摘要: 本溪某铁矿为了稳定现场生产选别指标,进一步打开磁铁矿连生体,解离出脉石矿 物,提高后续磁选工艺中铁精矿的富集,利用中钢天源股份有限公司自主研发的超细粉末设备TM 系列塔磨机进行了铁精矿细磨再选工艺研究。研究结果表明:使用塔磨机对铁精矿进行超细磨 矿,在磨矿细度为-0.038 mm70%、磁选场强为80 mT时,可得到全铁品位71.51%、回收率97.84%的 铁精矿,应用效果明显;TM系列塔磨机进行超细磨矿并配合湿式弱磁选机进行磁选除杂,可以制 备超纯铁精粉。

Abstract: In order to stabilize the separation index of field production,further open the intergrowth of magnetite,dissociate gangue minerals,and improve the enrichment of iron concentrate in the subsequent magnetic separation process,the technology of fine grinding and re-dressing of iron concentrate was studied by using TM series tower mills which were independently developed by Sinosteel Tianyuan Technology Co.,Ltd. The results show that when the grinding fineness is -0.038 mm 70% and the magnetic separa⁃ tion field is 800 mT,the grade of magnetic separation concentrate is 71.51% and the recovery rate is 97.84%,application results is obvious. Ultra-pure iron concentrate can be prepared by TM series tower mill for ultrafine grinding and magnetic separation with wet weak magnetic separator.
