国外某赤铁矿选矿工艺研究

摘要: 国外某铁矿主要铁矿物为赤铁矿和磁铁矿,有害杂质硫、磷含量较低,为了高效利用 该铁矿资源,进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:通过采用阶段磨矿—阶段强磁选工艺流程,可获得 产率55.98%、铁品位65.26%、铁回收率74.40%的铁精矿,选别指标良好;同时,磨选产生的尾矿还 可分级成多种副产品作建材使用,在完成铁矿物有效回收的同时实现了尾矿的资源化利用,为同 类矿石资源的高效利用提供了参考。

Abstract: The main iron minerals of an iron ore abroad are hematite and magnetite, and the content of harmful impurities sulfur and phosphorus is low. In order to make efficient use of the iron ore resources, experimental research was carried out. The results show that the iron concentrate with yield of 55.98%, iron grade of 65.26% and iron recovery of 74.40% can be obtained by using stage grinding-stage high intensity magnetic separation process, and the separation index is good. At the same time, the tailings produced by grinding and separation can also be classified into a variety of by-products for building materials. While completing the effective recovery of iron minerals, the resource utilization of tailings is realized, which provides a reference for the efficient utilization of similar ore resources.
