安徽某含碳铅锌矿选矿工艺试验

摘要: 为了高效综合回收安徽某含碳铅锌难选矿,在矿石性质研究的基础上对该矿进行了 试验研究。研究结果表明:通过采用铅锌优先浮选工艺流程,最终获得了铅品位55.35%、铅回收 率94.76% 的铅精矿,锌品位55.46%、锌回收率91.98% 的锌精矿,硫品位43.55%、硫回收率70.90% 的硫精矿,为该矿石的回收利用确定了最优的浮选工艺。

Abstract: In order to efficiently and comprehensively recover a carbon-containing lead-zinc refractory ore in Anhui,an experimental study was conducted on the ore based on the study of ore properties. The results show that the lead concentrate with lead grade of 55.35% and lead recovery of 94.76%,the zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 55.46% and zinc recovery of 91.98%,and the sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 43.55% and sulfur recovery of 70.90% were obtained by adopting the lead-zinc preferential flotation process. The optimal flotation process was determined for the recovery and utilization of the ore.
