摘要: 锂冶炼渣作为锂精矿冶炼生成锂盐过程中的副产物,随着锂产品需求的高涨,越来 越多的锂冶炼渣需要安全处置。在分析了锂冶炼渣的基本性质(分类、化学成分及物相组成等)及 开展相关研究的必要性基础上,对目前锂冶炼渣再利用方式(生产传统建筑材料、吸附材料和合成 地聚物胶凝材料以及综合回收利用)进行了概述,最后对锂冶炼渣高值化利用的难点进行了分析 和未来展望。

关键词: 锂冶炼渣, 建材, 吸附材料, 综合回收

Abstract: Lithium smelting slag is by-product along with lithium salts production from lithium con⁃ centrate by smelting. With the current high demand for lithium products,more and more lithium smelting slag need safe disposal. Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics(classification,chemical compo⁃ sition,mineral phase composition and so on)of lithium smelting slag and the necessity of conducting rele⁃ vant research,the current ways of recycling lithium smelting slag(production of traditional building materi⁃ als and adsorbing materials,synthesis of geopolymer cementing materials and its comprehensive recycling) were summarized. At the end,the difficulties of high-value utilization of lithium slag were analyzed and the future prospects were presented.
