Abstract: In order to exchange the experience of Anhui Longqiao Mining Co.，Ltd. in the application of HP500 crusher，the common faults and elimination of the HP500 crusher on site is analyzed on the basis of introducing the process flow of the crushing system in the concentrator and the structural characteristics and working principle of the HP500 crusher. In the end，the technical transformation experience of the site is systematically introduced. Through the analysis，summary and transformation of the problems existing in the production and operation of the HP500 crusher，the completion of the production task is effectively guaranteed，which greatly reduced the maintenance time，saved the production cost，and improved the use efficiency of the equipment. Thus，the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement was realized.
