青阳县白云岩矿矿区雨污分流改造

Transformation for Rainwater and Sewage Diversion of the Dolomite Mining Area in Qingyang County

摘要: 为进一步系统性改善矿区生态环境,青阳白云岩矿矿区开展了雨污分流改造工程。 排水系统改造的主体方案包括原合流制渠道作为雨水渠,收集雨水至雨水池循环利用,多余部分 达标排放;新建一套生产水处理系统,并将原排入雨水渠的生产水渠道截断,全部改接入新建的生 产水处理系统;新建2 座地埋式生活污水处理设施以处理生活污水。改造后青阳矿矿区的排涝能 力得到了提高,缓解了破碎加工场地的雨季内涝问题,矿区的工作环境、生活环境得到了改善;矿 区循环水重复利用率高达96.49%,每年节约用水约10 万m3;降低了矿区环境保护管理难度,综合 利用了雨季时多余的雨水,节约了人力和物力。

Abstract: In order to further systematically improve the ecological environment of the mining area, the Qingyang dolomite mine area has carried out the transformation project of rainwater and sewage diver⁃ sion. The main scheme of drainage system transformation includes taking the original combined channel as a rainwater channel,collecting rainwater to the rainwater pool for recycling,and discharging the part which meet standard excess.A new production water treatment system is built,the production water channels that were originally discharged into the rain drain are cut off ,and all the production water channels are changed to the newly built production water treatment system. Two new buried domestic sewage treatment facilities are built to treat domestic sewage. After the transformation,the drainage capacity of Qingyang Mine has been improved,the problem of water logging in the rainy season of the area has been alleviated,and the working environment and living environment of the mining area have been improved. The reuse rate of cir⁃ culating water in the mining area is as high as 96.49%,saving about 100 000 m3 of water every year. It re⁃ duces the difficulty of environmental protection management in the mining area,comprehensively uses ex⁃ cess rainwater during the rainy season,and saves manpower and material resources.
