煤柱及断层影响下微震活动规律及冲击地压防治技术

摘要: 基于兖州煤业股份有限公司济三煤矿183 下05 工作面开采条件,考虑上覆采空区遗 留不规则煤柱及断层煤柱等的影响,分析工作面开采过程中的微震活动规律,反演计算不同开采 时期工作面应力与煤柱分布的耦合关系,以探索煤体冲击失稳机理,从而针对性地做出防治。结 果表明:在3 上煤层残留煤柱、巷道切割及断层影响等区域容易出现大能量微震事件,煤柱及断层 区域存在明显的应力集中及应力梯度高值;通过实施大直径钻孔及爆破断顶等防治措施能够较好 地消除工作面冲击地压危险。研究为同等条件下煤层开采提供理论和技术支持。

Abstract: Based on the mining conditions of 183下05 working face in Jisan Coal Mine of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,considering the influence of irregular coal pillars and fault coal pillars left over from the overlying goaf,the microseismic activity law in the mining process of the working face is ana⁃ lyzed,and the coupling relationship between the stress of the working face and the distribution of coal pil⁃ lars in different mining periods is inverted and calculated,so as to explore the mechanism of coal body im⁃ pact instability and make targeted prevention and control. The results show that large energy microseismic events are prone to occur in the areas of residual coal pillar,roadway cutting and fault influence in the 3上 coal seam. There are obvious stress concentration and high stress gradient in the coal pillar and fault area. Through the implementation of large diameter drilling and blasting roof breaking and other prevention mea⁃ sures can better eliminate the risk of rock burst in working face. The research provides theoretical and tech⁃ nical support for coal seam mining under the same conditions.
