阿坝矿业选矿厂提高高纯铁精矿占比工艺研究

Study on the Technology of Increasing Proportion of High Purity Iron Concentrate in Aba Mining Concentrator

摘要: 阿坝矿业选矿厂原来高附加值的高纯铁精矿产量占比仅为25%左右,为提升高纯铁 精矿的占比,进行了选矿工艺优化研究。结果表明,对于加工高纯铁精矿的现场铁精矿(TFe 品位 66.50%、主要杂质成分为SiO2和Al2O3等),通过优化钢球级配,改用高铬钢球,磨矿产品-200 目含 量从36.8% 提高至41.9%;通过提高磨矿浓度,磨矿产品-200 目含量大幅度提高至92.6%;通过增 加筛分面积、更换筛网,筛分效率(按-200 目计)从81.71% 提高至91.63%。在上述工艺优化基础 上,进一步将普通铁精矿开路再磨改为闭路再磨,高纯铁精矿的产量占比由原来的25%左右提升 到70%以上,经济效益明显。

Abstract: The output of high purity iron concentrate with high added value in Aba Mining concentra⁃ tor was only about 25%. In order to increase the proportion of high purity iron concentrate,the optimization of beneficiation process was studied. The results showed that aming at the on-site iron concentrate (TFe grade is 66.50% and main impurity components is SiO2 and Al2O3 and so on) for processing high-purity iron concentrate,content of -200 mesh in grinding productions increased from 36.8% to 41.9% by optimizing the grading of steel balls and using high chromium steel balls. By increasing the grinding concentration, content of -200 mesh in grinding products has been greatly increased to 92.6%. By increasing the screen⁃ ing area and replacing the screen,the screening efficiency (measured by - 200 mesh) increased from 81.71% to 91.63%. On the basis of the above process optimization,the open circuit regrinding of ordinary iron concentrate is further changed to closed circuit regrinding,and the proportion of output of high-purity iron concentrate increased from about 25% to more than 70%,which indicates obvious economic benefits.
