鞍千磁铁矿石全磁选别工艺研究

摘要: 针对鞍千铁矿矿石性质的变化,为解决现有生产工艺的工艺改造问题,以鞍千磁铁 矿石为入选给矿,采用“湿式预选—球磨粗选—塔磨精选”的全磁选别工艺开展试验研究。结果表 明,TFe 品位为29.70%的原矿通过试验确定的工艺流程处理,最终可获得品位为69.87%、回收率为 76.72%的铁精矿。该研究为提高鞍千矿业公司选矿生产效率以及降低生产成本具有重要的实际 价值,同时对提高我国铁矿资源利用率也具有重要的战略意义。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of process modification of the existing production process,in view of the change of ore nature of Anqian iron ore,test study was carried out with all-magnetic beneficia⁃ tion process including wet pre-selection,ball mill coarse separation and tower mill selection with Anqian magnetite as the feed ore. The results showed that the iron concentrate with the grade of 69.87% and recov⁃ ery rate of 76.72% could be obtained when the raw ore with TFe grade of 29.70% was treated by the pro⁃ cess. The study is of great practical value to improve the beneficiation efficiency and reduce the production cost of Anqian Mining Company,and is also of strategic importance to improve the utilization rate of iron ore resources in China.
