膏相铁尾砂综合利用工艺流程研究

摘要: 为了综合利用铁矿山尾矿资源,针对罗河铁矿低硅、高铁、石膏含量高尾砂不宜直接 用作建筑材料中细骨料的问题,通过对尾砂的理化特征分析,对照建材行业标准,进行了利用膏相 铁尾砂为主要原料延伸加工石膏基干粉砂浆技术研究及探索试验。研究得出了尾砂—管道输 送—陶瓷过滤机脱水—余热烘干—硬石膏中温闪烧与红矿磁化焙烧整合—高压辊磨机磨粉—混 合—沉化—智能包装的成套工艺技术;半工业试验生产的石膏基干粉砂浆样品通过了建材行业检 测鉴定,并可从尾砂中回收产率8.57% 的优质磁铁精矿;利用膏相铁尾砂制备石膏基生态建材市 场容量巨大,矿山固废综合利用前景广阔。

Abstract: In order to comprehensively utilize the tailings resources of iron mine,aiming at the prob⁃ lem that the tailings with low silicon,high iron and high gypsum content in Luohe Iron Mine should not be directly used as fine aggregate in building materials,through the analysis of the physical and chemical characteristics of tailings,and according to the building materials industry standard,the technology re⁃ search and exploration test of using gypsum iron tailings as the main raw material to extend and process gyp⁃ sum based dry powder mortar were carried out. The complete process technology of tailings-pipeline trans⁃ portation-ceramic filtration dehydration-heat drying-anhydrite medium temperature flash burning and red ore magnetization roasting integration-high pressure roller mill grinding-mixing-sedimentation-intelligent packaging was obtained. The gypsum based dry powder mortar sample produced by semi-industrial test has passed the test and identification of building materials industry,and can recover high quality magnetite concentrate with yield of 8.57% from tailings. The market capacity of gypsum-based ecological building ma⁃ terials prepared by gypsum-phase iron tailings is huge,and the comprehensive utilization of mine solid waste has broad prospects.
